  • Material Gap Analysis: Identifying, communicating, and evaluating material availability gaps to optimize supply chain efficiency.\
  • Procurement Strategy Development: Creating and implementing procurement strategies aligned with overall business performance objectives.\
  • Tender Management: Preparing and executing tenders, proposals, and negotiation of contracts to secure optimal pricing and delivery terms.\
  • Supplier Relationship Management: Developing and maintaining productive relationships with key suppliers of critical materials.\
  • Contractual Arrangements: Establishing and managing contractual agreements with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and performance.\
