Senior Graphic Design Officer

This is a challenging opportunity to join Victoria University's in-house creative studio as a Senior Graphic Design Officer. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality print and digital graphic design services that support the University's brand and marketing activities.
The Brand & Marketing team's primary aim is to drive brand, reputation, and student recruitment for Victoria University. The team achieves this by producing high-quality marketing activities and campaigns throughout the year across all channels, including an integrated lead generation and lead nurture marketing automation program.
As a Senior Graphic Design Officer, you will provide tactical advice and direction to other University Departments in relation to the VU Brand and application in graphic elements across collateral and marketing materials. You will also collaborate with clients to develop creative solutions and translate those solutions into print and digital media outcomes aligned with brief and brand.
Duties
Some of the key duties you are expected to perform are:
- Responsible for the delivery of in-house graphic design services
- Provide tactical advice and direction to other University Departments in relation to the VU Brand and application in graphic elements across collateral and marketing materials
- Collaborate with clients to develop creative solutions and translate those solutions into print and digital media outcomes aligned with brief and brand
About You
We are looking for a proactive, 'can-do' creative thinker with a passion for design and branding. You should have excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills and be able to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget. You should also have expertise in contemporary design principles and be able to develop engaging print and digital experiences for our key audiences.
