The Role

We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Teacher or Diploma holder with strong leadership skills to manage the preschool room, working closely with qualified educators. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing a quality program that reflects the EYLF, creating a positive learning environment, and ensuring compliance with NQS.

  • You will be responsible for staff management, programming time, and delivering exceptional outcomes for children and families.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role. You must have extensive experience in room leadership and a focus on achieving results.
