Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Site Services Manager to lead our team based on a client site in Ballarat.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating soft services, including cleaning, waste management, hygiene, security, and grounds maintenance. They will also support the Facilities Manager in coordinating activities, ensuring all site policies and procedures are adhered to while meeting contract SLAs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation of supplier and event requisitions
  • Providing relief coverage for reception and switchboard
  • Maintaining office stationery and consumables, as well as office equipment
  • Overseeing security functions and cleaning routines
  • Liaising with contractors for site works and building management
Requirements
  • Australian citizenship or full Australian working rights
  • Ability to undergo a pre-employment medical reference and police check
