**About The Company**
Our client is one of Australia's leading grain supply chain companies, with a history of working closely with Australian grain farmers and managing their domestically owned assets. Due to their continued expansion, they have an exciting opportunity to join a key storage site in Western Victoria, working closely with their southern operations team to continue their operational excellence across their network.

**About The Role**
In this role you will be responsible for ensuring site safety, continued site efficiency, risk management, a strong focus on asset planning and management, and ensuring the site has a high focus on quality and hygiene. You will be managing an established team throughout the year, with an influx of casuals through a peak harvest period, so your leadership and people management skills will be well developed and you will be comfortable leading teams. You will continually monitor the quality and storage of all products whilst on site and ensure the highest standard of site management is adhered to.

**About The Person**
To be successful in this role, you will have experience in commodity storage roles, ideally in a grains environment and be a natural people leader. You will have excellent communications skills, both verbal and written, and be competent with inventory management systems. You will have a current drivers license and beneficial, but not compulsory, to have any of the following; a front end loader license, confined space certificate, first aid certification or fumigation certificate.
