About the Role

We are seeking an experienced consultant to join our pioneering team in South Australia. As a Senior Consultant, you will take on a leadership role where you will manage complex rehabilitation cases, drive return-to-work strategies, and mentor junior staff. You will build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, employers, and RTWSA representatives, while playing a strategic role in our expansion across South Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Complex Case Management:
    • Manage the entire rehabilitation process for complex, high-value cases in compliance with RTWSA guidelines.
    • Develop and oversee individualized return-to-work plans, collaborating with healthcare providers, employers, and GPs.
    • Provide expert recommendations to ensure smooth and successful rehabilitation outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, healthcare providers, and RTWSA representatives to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to employers, offering guidance on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and return-to-work strategies.
    • Foster a positive, collaborative team culture focused on client outcomes and professional development.
  • Business Development & Strategy:
    • Play a key role in business growth by identifying opportunities to expand services and strengthen relationships with new clients.
    • Collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives to drive service innovation and regional expansion.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy, physiotherapy, exercise physiology, psychology, rehabilitation counseling, or a related field.
  • Eligibility for relevant professional registration and/or accreditation under RTWSA guidelines.
Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in workplace rehabilitation, injury management, or case management, with strong knowledge of RTWSA guidelines.
  • Proven ability to manage a caseload and work effectively with multiple stakeholders, including healthcare providers and employers.
Skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building trust and rapport.
  • Strong organizational skills with experience in managing complex cases.
  • Leadership potential, with a passion for mentoring and developing others.
