About the Role

As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a vital role in delivering case management and coordinating rehabilitation services for our clients. You will identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and develop tailored rehabilitation programs to help clients restore their functional performance and achieve a successful outcome.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver case management and coordinate rehabilitation services
  • Identify RTW barriers and develop tailored rehabilitation programs
  • Provide support for clients to help restore their functional performance
  • Pre-employment health and functional assessments
  • Liaise and coordinate with various stakeholders to provide viable solutions and recommendations for clients

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists
  • Full AHPRA or ESSA Registration
  • Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
  • Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
