Decking Specialist

Position Overview:

As a Carpenter specializing in decking, you will be responsible for designing, building, and installing custom decks, porches, and other outdoor structures. This full-time role offers opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and install decking, railings, and other outdoor structures.
  • Interpret blueprints and project specifications.
  • Work with various materials, including wood, composite, and PVC.
  • Ensure all projects meet safety and quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with clients/management, ensuring satisfaction throughout the project.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a carpenter, with a focus on decking and outdoor structures.
  • Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and materials.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
