About this role

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Ambassador.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Greeting customers and providing assistance with their travel needs
  • Maintaining a clean and safe airport environment
  • Supporting the smooth operation of flights
  • Learning technical skills to operate airport infrastructure

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Recent experience in a customer-facing role within the hospitality or tourism industry
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing circumstances
