Christmas Sales Role Overview

We are seeking Christmas casual sales team members to join our Sydney CBD store. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in retail and delivering exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will be friendly, driven, and passionate about providing a standout customer experience. They will be the face of the brand, welcoming customers, helping them find their perfect pair, and maintaining the store's visual merchandising standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to meet and exceed customer expectations
  • Maintain a high level of sales performance and support team KPIs
  • Ensure the store is presented to brand standards at all times
  • Assist with stock management, including unpacking, replenishment, and organisation
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
Requirements:
  • A genuine passion for customer service and retail
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-first mindset
  • Full availability from October to mid-January – especially weekends, late nights, and peak trading periods
  • Previous retail or customer-facing experience (preferred but not essential)
