Columba Catholic College, Charters Towers, is seeking a dedicated and experienced leader to fill the position of Acting Assistant Principal - Religious Education - Secondary (APRE). This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong commitment to Catholic education and a passion for fostering a culture of faith and spirituality within the school community.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage the Religious Education Curriculum to ensure it aligns with the College's Catholic mission and values.
- Nurture the Religious Life of the School by promoting a culture of faith, hope, and love among students, teachers, and staff.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the College's Catholic identity and culture.
- Provide leadership and support to teachers and staff in their role as faith leaders within the school community.
- Collaborate with other personnel to ensure effective communication and coordination across the school.
- Baptised Catholic with a strong commitment to the Catholic faith.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and students.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to travel from time to time within the Catholic Diocese of Townsville.
