We are seeking a skilled and experienced Workplace Experience Coordinator to join our team at the Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO). As a key member of our Workplace Experience team, you will play a critical role in creating a welcoming, supportive, and inclusive environment for our clients, visitors, and workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients, visitors, and workforce
  • Manage and coordinate workplace services, including facilities, concierge, and meeting room support
  • Anticipate and respond to the needs of our workforce and visitors
  • Collaborate with our National Workplace team to continuously improve the workplace experience
  • Ensure the health and safety of our people and workplace
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a customer service environment, ideally in corporate reception, shared serviced offices, or a concierge environment
  • Understanding of facility and property security and compliance requirements within an administrative environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to deliver results, find solutions, and balance competing priorities
