People & Culture Coordinator Role

Job Description:

An exciting opportunity to support people and culture transformation. You will work closely with our dynamic team to create a positive, inclusive workplace culture that fosters employee engagement, collaboration, and growth.

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced People and Culture Coordinator to provide professional, consistent, and cohesive HR administration and service. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our employees through the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to learning and development, reward and recognition, and WHS management.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Provide effective HR administration across the employee lifecycle.
  • Support the onboarding experience of new hires.
  • Maintain the HRIS system and databases.
  • Coordinate training programs.
  • Participate in cultural initiatives and events.
  • Support employee relations and workforce planning.
  • Assist with performance reviews and recruitment processes.

  • Tertiary qualified in Human Resources or a related discipline.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and customer service skills.
  • Proactive and solutions-focused with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Ability to effectively deal with competing priorities.
