About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to manage the coordination and delivery of all event set-ups. This role focuses on organizing, supervising, and directing the activities of the Event Set-up team.

The Event Coordination Manager will be responsible for:

  • Supervising and briefing teams based on schedules, rosters, and other event-related documentation in line with departmental requirements.
  • Assisting in the training and development of staff, including recruitment, assessing team standards, providing feedback, and contributing to performance management plans.
  • Providing ongoing expertise, support, and guidance to internal departments to facilitate seamless event deliveries.
  • Promoting and facilitating a safe work culture and environment.
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of new innovations and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate event set-ups, ensuring timely and effective execution.

- Develop and maintain relationships with internal departments to ensure smooth event delivery.

- Collaborate with the events team to plan and execute events.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in event coordination or a related field.

- Strong organizational and communication skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
