Key Responsibilities:- Handle inbound sales inquiries related to international and interstate removals services.
- Conduct surveys and inspections of properties externally and virtually.
- Presentation and quotation preparation for clients.
- Lead management and follow-up to convert opportunities into successful bookings.
- Support internal sales inquiries and customer service.
- Maintenance of accurate sales records using Moveware.
- Ancillary services arrangement and purchase order issuance within approved authority levels.
- Sale of transit and storage insurance compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Sales report maintenance and update including fortnightly KPI reporting.
- Customer feedback recording and reporting.
- Collaboration with the operations team for smooth delivery.
- Attendance at sales meetings and business growth insights provision.
- Proven experience in sales preferably in the relocation or logistics industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Client relationship building and maintenance capabilities.
- Understanding of the relocation market and needs of corporate-level clients.
- CRM system proficiency particularly Moveware.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
