Sales Development Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Partner to join our team and play a key role in connecting people with disability to our services.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-starter who is empathetic, flexible, and passionate about making a difference in the lives of others. As a Sales Development Partner, you will work collaboratively with local service teams to grow awareness and reputation for Northcott in the local community.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing new leads from Enquiries team, liaising with Service Coordinators and Service Support Partners, to sign up new customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Identifying opportunities for existing customers to access additional services where there are unmet service needs
  • Understanding the local market and building/maintaining a strong network of relevant relationships
  • Contribute to and implement a Sales Plan for the region designed to increase Northcott's profile and generate demand and leads for services

Requirements:

  • A strong sales background, proven experience of achieving targets in a Service environment
  • Proven experience of identifying and nurturing new customer opportunities leading to increased sales
  • Formal qualifications in business, certification/training in sales would be an advantage
