Job Opportunity: A chance to lead the office leasing team and drive business development in a commercial real estate organization.


The Role: The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of securing leasing deals in the Sydney market, exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. They should be a self-starter with the ability to work autonomously while leading others.


About You: To succeed in this role, you must be willing to contribute to the firm's growth strategy by identifying new opportunities and building long-term client relationships. A valid NSW Real Estate Certificate or Licence is required.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business development through strategic partnerships and networking.
  • Secure leasing appointments and lead leasing campaigns from pitch to deal execution.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to achieve repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in office leasing within a commercial agency environment.
  • Strong client network and proven track record of leasing deals in the Sydney market.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • A self-starter mentality with the ability to work autonomously while leading others.
  • Valid NSW Real Estate Certificate or Licence.
