Leasing Director Opportunity

A leading commercial real estate organization seeks an experienced Leasing Director to drive business growth and development within their office leasing team. Located in Sydney, this role presents a unique opportunity for a highly skilled professional to lead the development of the office leasing team and contribute to the company's overall success.

The Role:

  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to secure leasing appointments across Sydney's metropolitan and CBD markets.
  • Lead leasing campaigns from pitch through to negotiation and deal execution, fostering strong relationships with landlords, investors, and corporate occupiers.
  • Mentor and support junior agents, promoting a collaborative team culture that drives high performance and innovation.
  • Contribute to the company's broader growth strategy, identifying new opportunities and building long-term client partnerships.

About You:

  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in office leasing within a commercial agency environment.
  • Strong client network and proven track record of leasing deals in the Sydney market.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • A self-starter mentality with the ability to work autonomously while leading others.
  • Current NSW Real Estate Certificate or Licence (essential).
