Job Description

As a Product Manager in our Diversified Business team, you will be responsible for shaping the future of health and lifestyle products. Your primary goal will be to deliver innovative solutions across Overseas Visitors Health Insurance, Pet, and Travel Insurance.

You will collaborate with senior leaders to develop competitive, sustainable products that align with our 2030 Strategy and meet the evolving needs of our members. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and think critically.

Your day-to-day tasks will include researching market trends and analyzing product performance, identifying new product and marketing opportunities, supporting strategy development and key projects, managing product collateral and stakeholder engagement, acting as the go-to SME for diversified products, collaborating with third-party providers and resolving product-related issues, and monitoring financial drivers and supporting enhancements and rate/benefit changes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in product management, business analysis or marketing coordination (ideally in Financial Services)
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Confidence using Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • A proactive mindset and ability to work independently
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
  • Experience with overseas visitors or private health insurance (a bonus)
