The Medical Workforce and Education Unit is a collaborative team that supports both junior and senior medical workforce as well as medical education.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership of the Recruitment and Contracting workforce team to ensure all aspects of recruitment and retention are completed within identified KPIs and policies.
  • Ensure systems and processes related to all aspects of recruitment and contracting are comprehensive and robust, reflecting specialist college requirements and policies.
  • Build relationships with program directors, service directors, unit heads and other support departments to ensure effective delivery of services related to doctors in training.

  • Develop strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
  • Develop, implement and evaluate strategic plans in line with organisational priorities.
