Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and coordinate all aspects of program delivery from planning to post-camp review.
  • Lead and support a team of Senior Instructors and Outdoor Educators, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Craft bespoke programs in consultation with schools to meet specific objectives and outcomes.
  • Manage staff rosters, staffing levels, equipment maintenance, and logistics with precision and attention to detail.
  • Ensure safety standards, operational procedures, and compliance requirements are met and exceeded.
  • Nurture strong relationships with schools, partners, and stakeholders, driving mutual understanding and respect.

  • A flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to pivot in response to changing needs and circumstances.

Requirements

  • Degree or higher in Outdoor Recreation/Education (or equivalent).
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification (Remote Area First Aid an asset).
  • Current Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain).
