About the Role

We're seeking a Customer Service Team Member to join our team at Woolworths. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer queries, answer questions, and provide solutions to issues. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Assist with tasks such as collecting trolleys, restocking shelves, and maintaining store displays
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
