We are a vibrant regional hub for early childhood education, seeking an experienced leader to join our passionate team as Assistant Director.

This is an exceptional opportunity to shape meaningful learning experiences and support the growth of young minds. As a key member of our leadership team, you will work closely with our Director and Educational Leader to build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA approved qualification, and be a committed Christian who is active in church fellowship. They should also have outstanding attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a current Working With Children Check.

About You

We are looking for a warm, proactive leader who thrives in a supportive environment and is passionate about early childhood education. You should bring strong organisational and interpersonal skills, enjoy mentoring others, and be confident in supporting the Director with daily operations, compliance, and team coordination.
