Early Childhood Educator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As an Assistant Director, you will be responsible for shaping meaningful learning experiences, supporting a small passionate team, and building strong positive relationships with children and families.

  • Possess a Diploma in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA approved qualification.
  • Be a committed Christian who is active in church fellowship to join our vibrant Christian community.
  • Have an outstanding attention to detail.
  • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.

You will be responsible for supporting the Director with daily operations, compliance, and team coordination, as well as mentoring others and demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills.
