Transformative Early Childhood Educator

Job Description

As a dynamic and experienced Diploma Qualified Educator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our children. You will collaborate with Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to craft and enhance exceptional learning programs for our Kindergarten students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive team environment that fosters growth and development

About Our Centre:

Our centre is licensed for 75 children per day and features four separate areas for play, growth, and learning. We have a strong sense of community, with most educators having been part of the team since opening.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood or ACECQA approved equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
