  • Leading and mentoring a small, dedicated team of educators and staff members;
  • Developing and implementing educational programs that align with the latest research and best practices;

  • Providing guidance and support to junior staff members to enhance their skills and confidence.

As Assistant Director, you will have a deep understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). Your ability to demonstrate a commitment to these frameworks will be essential in driving high-quality practice within our ELC.
