The successful candidate will work closely with the Director and Educational Leader to develop and implement programs that promote learning, growth, and development for children aged 2–5 years. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and mentoring a small, dedicated team of educators and staff members;
  • Developing and implementing educational programs that align with the latest research and best practices;
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless transitions between learning spaces;
  • Building strong relationships with families, supporting their needs and goals;
  • Providing guidance and support to junior staff members to enhance their skills and confidence.

As Assistant Director, you will have a deep understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). Your ability to demonstrate a commitment to these frameworks will be essential in driving high-quality practice within our ELC.
