Business Development Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Associate to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic planning and execution.
Your primary focus will be on managing media plans, executing buys, and analyzing campaign performance. You will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering exceptional results.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in digital marketing, work with a variety of tools and platforms, and contribute to the success of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Management of Lumina (media plan system), inputting buys, and actualising.
- Owning the PO tracker, helping to load into BMD, invoice, and account queries.
- Overflow work for search, social, and programmatic - opportunity to learn in these areas from local experts.
- Monthly reporting assistance to digital managers - bridging the gap between PGD (offshore resource) and managers.
- Assistance to campaign implementation across digital and offline channels.
- Administrating 'The Observatory' - assisting in the uploading of documents and ensuring compliance for research.
- Monthly reporting and dashboard assistance to deliver key learning to client brand teams.
