Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors in a timely and professional manner
- Provide outstanding customer service to customers and internal stakeholders
- Monitor facility systems
- Provide accurate incident reports
- Support general receptionist duties
- Assist with incoming and outgoing deliveries
- Answer overflow calls to our support line
Requirements:
- Possess a passion for customer service and relevant experience
- Excel in verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail with autonomy and teamwork capabilities
- Show enthusiasm, a can-do attitude, and multitasking abilities
- Build relationships and support various stakeholders
- Lift up to 15kg for delivery assistance
