Project Management Office (PMO) Specialist

We are seeking a skilled PMO Specialist to join our team. The Project Management Office Specialist plays a critical role within the project management framework, supporting effective governance, reporting, and operation of projects and programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support adherence to project governance frameworks, methodologies, and stage gate requirements.
  • Maintain project and program dashboards, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of project status, milestones, risks, and financials.
  • Assist project teams in developing, validating, and maintaining project plans and schedules.
  • Support the maintenance of project risk, issue, assumption, and dependency registers.
  • Act as an administrator or key user of project tools, supporting onboarding, user training, and data integrity.
  • Work closely with Finance to support month-end tracking and business case development.
  • Identify and contribute to improvements in delivery reporting, process efficiency, and PMO practices.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in a project analyst, PMO, or project support role.
  • Understanding of project and program management methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement and supporting cross-functional teams.
