Off-Highway Service Leadership Role

Seeking a strong leader to oversee our Chipping Norton branch's service department. Reporting into the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring and improving KPIs, enhancing customer experience and value offered within all aspects of the Service Department.

The ideal candidate will have a customer-centric approach, with outstanding communication skills and attention to detail. They will have a proven track record in managing departments performance against business plans and budgets, building and maintaining customer bases, and actively canvassing for additional business opportunities.

About you:

  • A minimum of 5 years' managerial experience in an industrial/service environment, preferably within the Off-Highway industry (Plant, Marine and Power Generation).
  • A passionate and resilient personality with demonstrable experience in successfully managing, developing & motivating a workforce.
  • Strong experience in understanding and interpreting business financial information including budgets and monthly financial reports.
  • The ability to understand and grasp technical product information & product fault resolution.
  • Demonstrated skills in managing customer relationships.
  • Sound OFF Highway knowledge, with experience in Sauer, Allison and mtu products ideal.
  • An understanding of labour sales & costs, gross margin, expenses and other financial ratios.
  • A commitment to, and promotion of safe work practices with a good understanding of HSE responsibilities, and strong time management skills.
