Community Health Advocate Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Community Health Advocate to contribute to improved health outcomes in the community.

The successful candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, exceptional time management skills, strong interpersonal skills, and an understanding of contemporary health promotion practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement, and evaluate primary prevention initiatives
  • Use contemporary health promotion practice to achieve better and more equitable health and wellbeing outcomes
  • Work collaboratively with local stakeholders to achieve shared goals

Requirements:

  • Essential: Demonstrate a deep understanding of community health principles and best practices
  • Essential: Showcase experience in planning, implementing, and evaluating effective health promotion strategies
  • Essential: Possess high-level written and spoken communication skills
