Social Inclusion Advocate

We envision a society where chronic homelessness is not inevitable. Through our Journey to Social Inclusion program, we partner with individuals experiencing homelessness to build lasting stability, dignity, and connection.
About the RoleAs an Advocate, you will work closely with a small caseload of individuals facing complex challenges. You will deliver outreach-based case management and service coordination, fostering deep, trusting professional relationships through assertive and persistent engagement.
- Promote access to housing, health care, employment, and social inclusion opportunities
- Collaborate with community organizations and indigenous workers to provide culturally safe support
- Capture meaningful progress through robust outcomes measurement and trauma-informed frameworks
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Community Services, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience working with people with complex needs—homelessness, mental health, substance use, family violence
- Experience in outreach, trauma-informed care, case management, or advocacy
