Full-Time Lecturer/Senior Lecturer

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a full-time continuing role as a Lecturer/Senior Lecturer with a three-year leadership assignment as National Course Coordinator at Australian Catholic University's North Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane campus.
As part of our dynamic and collaborative leadership team, you will play a key academic leadership role in Diploma Programs within Education Pathways. Your responsibilities will include teaching, curriculum development, accreditation (where applicable), professional practice/work-integrated learning, and implementation of national curricula across campuses.
You will make a significant contribution to the academic and administrative activities of the Education Pathways, overseeing the ongoing development and delivery of lecture, tutorial, and laboratory material in core units of programs in the discipline of Health Sciences, in line with the national curricula of the Faculty of Health Sciences.
What We OfferWe offer a total remuneration package valued up to $134,709 - $158,968 per annum, including a salary component of $113,831 - $134,397 per annum. In addition, we provide 17% employer superannuation contributions and annual leave loading.

The successful candidate will be appointed to either Academic Level B or C, depending on their level of experience, skills, and capability. A 3% salary increase will be effective from January 2025.
Requirements and Qualifications- A relevant qualification in a field related to Health Sciences;
- Proven teaching and leadership experience in higher education;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Able to develop and deliver high-quality curriculum materials;
- Familiarity with accreditation processes (if applicable).
