">As a Lecturer in Paramedicine, you will play a key role in delivering engaging and high-quality courses, overseeing student clinical placements, and collaborating with a diverse team to ensure our teaching program remains modern and relevant. Your expertise and experience in academia and paramedicine will be instrumental in advancing the field and enhancing knowledge through research and scholarship.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Deliver high-quality lectures and tutorials in Paramedicine, incorporating innovative approaches to enhance student learning and engagement.
- Oversee and guide student clinical placements, providing real-world learning experiences that foster professional growth and development.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of curriculum and assessment strategies, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
- Pursue and lead research initiatives in Paramedicine, exploring novel topics and methodologies to advance knowledge and improve patient outcomes.
Requirements
">To succeed in this role, you will possess a strong academic background in Paramedicine, combined with a passion for teaching and guiding future healthcare leaders. You should have demonstrated experience in delivering engaging and reflective approaches to teaching, as well as proven skills in conducting meaningful research or scholarly activities that advance the field of Paramedicine.

">The University of Southern Queensland offers a competitive salary package, including a total remuneration range of $128,506 to $151,889 per annum (full-time appointment), plus employer superannuation contributions up to 17% of salary and annual leave loading.
