This role requires proactive assistance to the AVP Manager and AVP Supervisor in managing workflow and completing Agency transactions on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. You will also provide support and assistance in processing Securitisation transactions as needed.

Key responsibilities include ensuring accurate and timely completion of Agency loan drawdowns, rollovers, repayments, bank guarantees, and fee invoicing & collections in LIQ. Critical checklists must be followed and completed according to unit procedures, user manuals, operational guidelines, and approved credit lines.

You will establish new Agency clients in the core system (LIQ) in accordance with signed agreements, complete loan prework for Agency transactions accurately and within agreed timeframes, and maintain up-to-date critical Treasury cash sheets.

Additionally, you will identify areas for process improvement and engage with team members, other staff, and managers to build more effective processes that eliminate risk and foster collaboration. You will report and escalate operational risk events, prepare reports and general ledger suspense and interest accrual accounts, and investigate outstanding items.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years' experience working in a related Operations role within banking and financial services. LIQ system experience is desirable but not essential.

Key qualifications include excellent time management, attention to detail, and accuracy to ensure high-performance standards. You will deliver extraordinary customer experiences, collaborate and build partnerships, communicate effectively and professionally, drive results, lead change, seek continuous improvements, and think strategically.

Training and guidance will be provided. A Degree/Diploma or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline is required.
