Financial Operations Specialist

Job Description:

The role of Financial Operations Specialist involves managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely processing. This includes accounts payable and receivable processes for small transactions.

Additionally, the candidate will assist in processing payroll payments and maintaining up-to-date payroll records for staff. They will also collaborate in building and implementing basic bookkeeping systems to enhance financial efficiency.

Another key responsibility is conducting monthly reconciliations of accounts to verify accuracy and compliance with financial standards.

Moreover, the specialist will generate and analyze financial reports to support management in decision-making processes. Record keeping and team collaboration are also essential components of this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll assistance and bookkeeping.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
