Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team as the Manager, Relationship Associates. In this role, you will lead a team of 7 sales professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and coaching to help them achieve daily, monthly, and annual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Contribute to the identification and development of potential future leaders within the Maxxia business.
    • Highlight and recognize excellent client achievements in the team, reinforcing desirable behaviors in line with Maxxia's behavioral standards.
    • Monitor employee motivation and engagement levels, taking appropriate action to maintain high levels.
    • Coach and guide employees towards achieving their identified skill and career objectives.
    • Proactively manage the performance of direct reports as required.
  • Team Efficiency and Effectiveness
    • Continually review the effectiveness and efficiency of the Distribution (Relationship Associate) team, implementing improvements as necessary.
  • Business Development and Strategy
    • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and plans.
  • Client and Customer Engagement
    • Demonstrate capability to engage clients and customers from various backgrounds and levels.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales management, leading a team of sales professionals.
  • Proven track record of highly developed Business Development and/or Account Management experience, managing a portfolio of accounts in a sales-focused environment.
  • Track record of achieving targets and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Strong people management skills, with the ability to lead and mentor a team of sales professionals.
