About the Role

We're seeking an experienced and enthusiastic New Vehicle Sales Executive for our busy Mercedes-Benz showroom in Chatswood, one of Sydney's top PMAs. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining a strong customer base by engaging with potential clients and providing exceptional customer service
  • Ensuring a robust follow-up system to foster repeat business and generate new leads through effective follow-up strategies
  • Maximising sales opportunities to contribute to achieving our volume and profit goals by capitalising on every sales opportunity
  • Maintaining product knowledge by staying informed about all current product benefits and features, including models and series
  • Sales and handover of new Mercedes-Benz vehicles to provide a seamless and satisfying sales and handover experience for our customers

What We're Looking For

  • Previous sales experience is essential for this role
  • Automotive experience is desired but not required
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with both customers and team members
  • Outstanding negotiation skills to close deals and maximise sales
  • Passion for delivering top-tier service to our clients
  • Willingness to work hard and have fun as part of a team that values dedication and enjoyment in the workplace
