Job Description:

This is a full-time ongoing position based in Hobart, Tasmania. As an Individual Support Services Organiser, you will be the first point of contact for rostering and enquiries for clients and support workers.

The role involves facilitating the provision of individual supports to clients by working with the client and the workforce engagement coordinator to identify and establish a care team; scheduling shift times; responding to daily communication from clients and staff and updating/making changes to rosters.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience/exposure in rostering procedures;
  • Ability to be flexible to the changing workload and demands;
  • Ability to implement person-centred approaches to service delivery;
  • Experience with Carelink rostering systems;
  • Certificate III in Disability/Aged Services or experience in the field of human services;
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance;
  • Current NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate;
  • Current Working with Vulnerable People Card with NDIS Endorsement.
