Project Planning Manager

The Project Planning Manager plays a key role in leading and managing the Business Improvement and Planning (BIP) Team at Haileybury. This team is responsible for driving innovation and excellence in education through continuous improvement and strategic initiatives.

Reporting to the Director, People and Business Planning, the Project Planning Manager oversees complex projects, manages cross-functional teams, and ensures the effective implementation of change initiatives.

  • Team Leadership and Project Management: Build and lead a high-performing team to manage and execute business projects, ensuring efficient resource allocation, timeline management, and risk mitigation.
  • Process Improvement and Benefit Tracking: Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to implement process improvements, track business project benefits, and conduct post-implementation reviews for continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Budget Management: Engage with senior leadership and key stakeholders to secure support for initiatives while managing project budgets and ensuring cost-effective resource use.
