About Our Executive Support Role

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a high-level executive assistant. As the backbone of our successful business, you will play a crucial part in ensuring everything runs smoothly.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of Sydney's most successful luxury real estate teams. You will be the right-hand person to a high-performing director who has achieved over $120 million in sales in just the past year.

As an executive assistant, your role will be multifaceted and challenging. You will be responsible for managing a busy diary, coordinating photoshoots and inspections, preparing agency agreements and presentations, and running end-to-end campaigns. You will also be required to keep clients, vendors, and suppliers informed and up-to-date.

In this fast-paced environment, you will need to be highly organized, detail-focused, and confident in juggling multiple priorities. You will also need to be a team player who can work independently and think on your feet.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, a Certificate of Registration, a current Driver's Licence, and a reliable car.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a busy diary and provide high-level support to the director
  • Coordinate photoshoots, inspections, and appointments
  • Prepare agency agreements, appraisals, and presentations
  • Run end-to-end campaigns and keep clients, vendors, and suppliers informed
  • Organise marketing and ensure everything is ready for opens and auctions
  • Oversee the exchange-to-settlement process
  • Assist at mid-week opens and with sales prep
