As a key member of our boutique team, you will provide exceptional service while contributing to the success of our luxury brand. You will work closely with colleagues to deliver world-class customer experiences, manage social media presence, and build strong relationships with clients.

  • Product Knowledge: Assist with product consultations, contribute to sales conversions, and maintain a thorough understanding of our luxury offerings.
  • Digital Engagement: Manage social media interactions, respond to online enquiries, and coordinate content to enhance our brand's online presence.
  • Client Relationships: Use CRM software to nurture leads, maintain client connections, and provide personalized service.
  • Boutique Excellence: Ensure our boutique always reflects our premium brand standards, maintaining a luxurious atmosphere and impeccable presentation.
  • Event Support: Assist with private appointments, VIP experiences, and exclusive in-store events, providing exceptional service to our discerning clients.
  • Administrative Support: Handle bookings, phone enquiries, and general boutique operations, ensuring seamless communication and efficient processes.
