We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist to join our team as a Return to Work Case Manager. In this role, you will work with ex-defence personnel to provide smooth transitions back into the workforce. You will also provide holistic support through the arrangement of relevant assessments and liaise with treating medical professionals and DVA personnel.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist or ESSA membership as an Exercise Physiologist
- Relevant tertiary allied health qualification
- 12+ months experience delivering workplace rehabilitation services
- Current drivers' licence and access to own transport
- Criminal check
