  • Accurately manage reservations and accounts
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping to track accommodation readiness
  • Supply guests with information on property and local attractions
  • Complete daily office administration tasks
Key Requirements:
  • Previous Front Office experience in hospitality
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient computer skills, including RMS or comparable Reservation Booking System
  • Able to handle cash transactions accurately
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
