We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our pharmacy team as a Pharmacy Assistant. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing outstanding customer service and supporting our staff.
Key Responsibilities- Front Desk Support
- Manage bookings, gather patient information, and assist with initial screening. We offer comprehensive training through the ACP full scope of practice for pharmacy assistants course and on-the-job guidance from our on-site prescribing pharmacists.
- Welcome customers, stock and face shelves, ticketing and merchandising, maintain a clean and organized store, and process transactions.
- Support Services
- Be part of an exciting new era in pharmacy with services offered 6 days a week.
- Team Player
- Previous pharmacy or retail experience is preferred.
- Cash handling and register skills are essential.
- You should be customer-focused and have strong communication skills between all stakeholders.
- A dedicated work ethic and willingness to learn and grow with the business are also required.
- Ability to work in a team and individually, with an eye for detail and accuracy.
