Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to join our team as a Senior People Advisor.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to make a meaningful impact in shaping the future of our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering best-practice HR solutions and partnering with business leaders to drive results.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to assigned teams, developing strong relationships with leaders and stakeholders
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Oversee performance and development processes, providing timely and practical advice on HR policies and employee relations
  • Own HR administration, ensuring accurate data management in the HR system
  • Support and coach leaders through change, performance improvement, and team development conversations
  • Lead or contribute to HR projects, such as employee engagement, EVP, DE&I, and wellbeing initiatives
  • Prepare HR reporting and dashboards to inform business decisions
