Job Title

We are seeking a senior HR professional to join our dynamic team as a Human Resources Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR leader to make a positive impact and drive business success.

This role reports to the General Manager HR and is responsible for leading and developing a team of HR Business Partners and HR Advisors. The key responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert advice and support to leaders throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring consistent, sound, and pragmatic guidance.
  • Investigating and resolving complex employee relations issues in accordance with legal frameworks, effectively assessing risk and managing escalations as required.
  • Developing and implementing effective reporting frameworks to monitor and manage key HR performance metrics.
  • Building and maintaining collaborative working relationships that support the achievement of the company's purpose.
  • Designing and delivering targeted training programs for people leaders, focusing on strengthening leadership skills and supporting their ongoing development.
  • Supporting talent and succession management initiatives to enable the growth and development of future leaders.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in a generalist HR business partnering role, including varying levels of leadership.
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in managing employee relations matters, including employment law and workplace health and safety.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with senior leaders and stakeholders.
