We're looking for a dedicated professional to provide exceptional customer experiences and resolve issues in our Newcastle, Australia office.
About the Position
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading organization in the customer service industry. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer interactions, resolving complex issues, and promoting products or services to existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct research to provide accurate answers for customers to resolve their issues
- Upsell products or services to existing customers as required
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience
- Ability to recognize and solve mid-to-high level customer service issues
- Broadband connection with a minimum speed of 15 mbps for remote work arrangements
