About the Job

This is a fixed term contract from June 2025 to June 2026, working full time Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will be based at Payneham South.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care and services to residents.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote best practice in clinical care and resident services.
  • Foster strong relationships with residents, their families, staff, and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA RN registration.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, managing and mentoring staff.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
