**Job Opportunity:** A General Practice Clinic seeks a dedicated leader as a Practice Manager to oversee daily clinic operations, staff management and patient care.

We are looking for a mature individual with minimum 5 years experience in general practice, possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously, lead the reception team and manage administrative duties efficiently.

  • Key responsibilities include:
  1. Autonomous Leadership: Taking charge of daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
  2. Reception Team Management: Leading and managing reception team, rosters and fostering positive work environment.
  3. Patient Care: Delivering excellent patient care and assistance, including appointment scheduling, inquiries and support.
  4. Administrative Tasks: Overseeing administrative duties, ensuring accuracy and compliance with healthcare regulations.

**Requirements:**

  • - Minimum 5 years experience in general practice setting (leadership experience beneficial).
  • - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
